NSPCC qualified and chaperone licenced, I have a strong background in teaching, movement, and on-set performance. I hold a City & Guilds Teaching Certificate, a BA (Hons) in Dance & Performing Arts, and an MA in Movement Directing & Teaching. I’m also a Yoga Teacher Trainer, specialising in Restorative Yoga and trauma-sensitive practice.
With professional experience in opera, film, and TV, I understand the objectives, dynamics and rhythm of production and how to keep young performers focused, confident, and comfortable.
